Arman karnani

Arman is one of our Community Support Specialist who works primarily with our European & International Community members! Born and raised between Madrid and Gibraltar (a British overseas territory), Arman is a national to both Spain and the UK, and fluent in both Spanish and English. He is also originally Indian, as both his maternal and paternal grandparents migrated from India in the early 1950s. 


Arman was diagnosed with Ulcerative Colitis, and in 2017 his condition quickly deteriorated, as he was experiencing 20 + bowel movements a day and was severely underweight. This in turn lead him to CClifestlye where he embarked on his healing journey and has never looked back since! 


Since joining the programme in 2017, he has gained over 20kg in weight, is off medications, has graduated from university andhas been able to travel to over 20 new places without any health issues! Arman continuously strives to improve his healthfurther, and deeply believes that a life with IBD should not haveto inhibit anyone from achieving their dreams!
